RETURNS
Returns can be made within 14 days from the receipt of your order by sending us an email titled [Exchange/Return Request: Customer Name/Item Name] to the [Customer Care] contact indicated on the Erreuno official online store.
Please note that items returned arbitrarily without going through the returns process cannot be tracked, resulting in a delay or a failure in the return/refund process.
Exchanges/returns are unavailable in following cases:
1. The product has been damaged,
2. The value of the product has decreased due to the customer's use or partial consumption,
3. The value of the product has noticeably decreased due to lapse of time so that reselling is difficult,
4 .The tag on the product has been removed, or
5. In case of beauty products, the product has been opened.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange the product, please return the product and place an order for a desired product.
Exchanges/returns are unavailable in following cases:
1. The product is lost or damaged due to a cause attributable to the customer,
(However, returns and exchanges are allowed in case the customer has only damaged the packaging in order to verify the content)
2. The value of the product has decreased due to the customer's use or partial consumption,
3. The value of the product has noticeably decreased due to lapse of time so that reselling is difficult,
4 .The tag on the product has been removed, or
5. In case of beauty products, the product has been opened.
Refund
We will take necessary measures to facilitate a refund within 3-5 business days after confirming the product return.
In case of a credit card transaction, it will take 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from confirmation by the credit card company to refund.
